HOT WEATHER DELIVERY POLICY

 
Hi flower friends, Mellbourne is turning up the heat! While we do everything possible to keep your blooms happy and hydrated, hot weather means we need a little extra help from you.
 
We love summer but our flowers don't. During periods of extreme heat, flowers cannot be left unattended, as high temperatures may cause them to wilt or perish.

Someone Must Be Present: To ensure your flowers arrive in the best condition, deliveries will only be completed when someone is available to receive them on hot days.

If No One Is Available: If the driver is unable to hand-deliver the flowers, we will first attempt to contact the sender, followed by the recipient.

Re-delivery Arrangements: If delivery cannot be completed, you will be contacted via email to organise a new delivery time. A re-delivery fee will apply.

Helpful Delivery Notes: Please include clear delivery instructions and provide both sender and recipient phone numbers to help our drivers complete the delivery smoothly.

Caring for Your Flowers on Hot Days
Once your flowers arrive, they’ll appreciate some immediate TLC.
Trim the stems on an angle and place them straight into a vase filled with fresh water. Keep them in a cool, shaded area away from direct sunlight and heat. With the right care, you’ll be able to enjoy your blooms for days to come
