💖 The Flowerland: Valentine’s Day FAQ
1. Delivery & Tracking
What time will my flowers arrive?
Valentine’s Day is our busiest day of the year! While we cannot take specific time requests, we guarantee all deliveries will be made within these windows:
Business Addresses: Delivery by 5:00 PM.
Residential Addresses: Delivery by 8:00 PM.
How much is the delivery fee?
Delivery fees are calculated based on the distance from our shop. You will see the exact delivery price at the checkout page once you enter the address.
How will I know the flowers were delivered?
We’ll keep you posted! You will receive a delivery confirmation email the moment our driver marks your order as completed. If you haven’t seen it by early evening, please check your "Junk" or "Promotions" folder.
What if no one is home?
Our drivers will look for a safe, shady spot to leave the flowers. If we cannot access the building (e.g., locked gates or secure apartments) or find a secure spot, the flowers will be returned to our shop. Please note that an additional delivery fee will apply for any redelivery attempts.
2. Orders & Changes
Can I change my order or gift card message?
We start prepping our ribbons and printing cards early! You can make changes to your order until February 12th. After this date, our routes and cards are finalized, and we are unable to edit addresses or card notes.
Is it too late to order?
To ensure every bouquet is perfect, we have a set capacity. We usually close online orders by February 12th, so we highly recommend grabbing your spot early! If we are sold out online, you are still welcome to visit us in-store from 8:00 AM to purchase from our beautiful range (until sold out).
Can I pick up my order in-store?
Yes! If you prefer to hand-deliver your love, In-store Pickup is available from 8:00 AM. Just select the "Pickup" option during checkout.
3. About the Blooms
Will I get good quality flowers?
Yes! We are committed to quality, which is why we will be using premium quality long-stem EverRed roses in all of our bouquets this year. EverRed roses are known for their deep velvet red petals and incredible vase life—so you know you're getting the good stuff!
Will the bouquet look exactly like the photo?
Flowers are a work of nature, so no two stems are exactly alike! While we stay true to the color palette and vibe of the photos, we might occasionally swap a flower variety to ensure you’re getting the freshest, most beautiful petals available that morning.
How do I keep my flowers alive longer?
We want your love to last! Give the stems a fresh snip at an angle, keep them in cool water away from direct sun, and change the water every two days. It makes a world of difference.
What if there’s an issue with my order?
We want you to have a perfect experience. If something isn't right, please email us a photo within 24 hours of delivery. Because flowers are perishable, we need to see them promptly so we can help fix the situation with a replacement or credit.
4. Privacy & Add-ons
Can I send flowers anonymously?
We respect your privacy! We will only include the name you write in the "Card Message" section. If you don't sign your name, the recipient won't know it's from you. (Note: For safety reasons, we may disclose the sender's name if the recipient is distressed by an anonymous delivery).
Can I add chocolates or candles?
Absolutely! You can make your gift extra special by browsing our "Add-ons" section at checkout for a curated selection of treats.

Sign Your Name: Don't forget to put your name on the card! "Secret Admirers" often lead to very confused phone calls.
Double-Check the Address: Please ensure the street number, unit, and business name are 100% correct. Our drivers thank you in advance!
