Step 1 – Tell us your story
Every custom arrangement starts with a conversation. You might know exactly what you want, or you might just have a few scattered ideas. Either is fine. We’ll ask about the occasion, the person, the colours you’re drawn to, and the feeling you want to create. No pressure. No “this is the only way”.
Step 2 – We design a proposal
Based on our chat, Lilian (our lead florist) will hand-pick a selection of flowers that fit your vision. We’ll share a description, sometimes a visual reference, and a transparent price estimate. If you love it – we go ahead. If you want changes – we adjust. No surprise fees, no hard sell.
Step 3 – Hand-crafted in Nunawading
Every stem is freshly sourced and arranged by hand in our Nunawading studio. From our Nunawading studio, we create custom flowers for Doncaster, Glen Waverley, Mitcham, Ringwood, Box Hill, Balwyn and Melbourne's eastern suburbs — always fresh, never templated.
Step 4 – Delivered with intention
Whether it’s a surprise proposal, a corporate event, or a quiet moment of remembrance, we deliver the arrangement personally — often with a handwritten note (because some things still shouldn’t be typed).
